Delete your Then data

Delete inside the app

1. Open Then and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Settings, then find Account.
3. Tap Delete account, review the warning, and confirm Delete account.

The confirmed in-app flow permanently removes the Then account, active sessions, connected-service credentials, scheduled actions, synchronized items and attachments, and Then data stored by the app on that device. It cannot be undone and does not require an email, phone call or support request.

Subscriptions and connected providers

Deleting a Then account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Manage it separately in your Apple account’s Subscriptions settings. Apple, RevenueCat and payment systems may retain purchase or transaction records when needed for payment processing, fraud prevention, disputes or legal obligations.

You can also revoke Then’s access in each connected provider’s account settings. Provider-held information is governed by that provider’s policy.
